Quality is a much used term, but few people are able to define it. At First Class Group ( FCG) we believe that quality should not be something that is confined to a Quality Department or the achievement of industry accreditations. We want to push beyond the basics. Quality should be understood and practiced by everyone throughout our business.
Total Quality is our network’s general business approach and strategy aimed at embedding awareness of quality in all our organisational processes.

Our network’s Quality assessment programme is comprised of different elements that our staff can all relate to within their own roles. All working together they ensure everyone within our organisation has a common understanding of quality and how what they do affects the service you ultimately receive as being our valued customer.
